Yazhou Sun was born and raised in Shanghai, China. After graduating high school from Tokyo, Japan, she spent three months on her own, backpacking in Eastern Europe. Yazhou graduated from Boston University in May 2014 with a dual-degree in Economics and Journalism. Her work has appeared in Boston.com, The Daily Free Press, CFO Magazine, Brookline Tab, Bankers and Tradesmen, Boston Business Journal, and Boston Magazine.
